Philosophy

All colleagues at Pflegedienst Lilienthal are held in high esteem - in the outpatient offices as well as in the home emergency call and day care, inpatient senior care in Haus am Markt and Haus Christian, and in living with service in the Christian, Ritterhude and am Dreyerskamp homes in Lilienthal.

The horizontal hierarchy reflects the family-like and appreciative cooperation everywhere in equal measure. Existing processes are regularly reflected and evaluated in order to be able to efficiently implement improvement possibilities. Professional competence, sense of responsibility and commitment are trained and stand for continuous quality improvement.
